Stormzy and that

3rd May 2016

The first weekend of the summer is out of the way, and we are a tiny bit richer than this time last week. Which is nice.

#Summer2016 officially began on Saturday, with a bit of #Merky2016 at This Is Mayday.

Los Churros Amigos were represented by Hugo ‘Middle-Class‘ Tracey and Tessa ‘Politeness‘ Cocksedge, as every self-respecting bad man in Oxfordshire descended on Cornbury Park to see headliner Stormzy.

“There was a lot of shouting,” said Tess.

Meanwhile veteran Amigos Charlie, Alex and Jumbo were having a non-stop weekend at the Portsmouth Summer Show. The only minor blip was when the Travelodge they were staying at was evacuated in the middle of the night because of a fire. No harm done, it was just a bit chilly on the car park.

Our third event of the weekend was Truckfest in Peterborough. The less said about it the better, although our newest staff member Chris did get to meet Ron and Amy from Lizard Lick Towing. Best day of his life.

This weekend we’re back on the South Coast for the Christchurch Food Festival and Gung Ho Southampton.
