5th June 2018

It’s been a while. The next blog post was meant to be about us leaving Westgate. But we’ve so busy I forgot. Pretty sure it’s still our address on Google as well.

Then the post after that was meant to be a big, exciting summer preview… again slightly dropped the ball there.

So lets just skip over that and get straight into the nitty-gritty.

May was great. Christchurch Food Festival kicked things off in style, and then we headed just up the road to a beautiful place called Alresford – for the biggest and baddest Watercress Festival known to man. We’ll definitely be back for that next year. Even if it’s just to overthrow the 10-year reigning watercress eating champion. Can’t be that hard?!

We then ramped things up quite drastically with 5 events on the final weekend of the month, including All Points East, Common People Oxford and Big Church Day Out.

It’s now June. Our 2 stalls at Download Festival are half set up, and we’re buzzing for another weekend slinging chuzzas down the throats of the UK’s finest metal-heads.

With no Glastonbury the rest of June feels slightly empty, but we’ll still be here, there and everywhere with 15 more events (when did they even get booked in?!). Particular highlights being Bath Boules, Community Festival at Finsbury Park, and a cheeky private job for Man United.

Big thank you to all our new starters so far, you’ve been thrown in at the deep end and are somehow staying afloat.

Will Smith once said summertime was a time to sit back and rewind. Never worked in street food though did he.
