Trinity Leeds

29th March 2016

Our time at Trinity Kitchen is coming to an end.

Some people would say 6 weeks in Leeds is worse than a custodial sentence, but we’ve loved our time with the Yorkshire folk.

We haven’t made the millions we were hoping for, but we’ve learnt a lot, and it’s been a good workout ahead of the summer.

Here’s a few words about all the other traders who’ve been through it with us.

Original Fry-Up Material

Their breakfast baps are fantastic and their burgers are also fantastic. You’re hands are dripping afterwards, so you know you’ve had a good time.

Sela Bar

They usually do pizza (which is highly regarded in the Leeds area) but they’ve been serving up grilled cheese sandwiches in their latest stint at Trinity. Bangin’.

Wheely Good Coffee Co.

Where to start. Our nearest and dearest neighbours. A cracking pair. Their coffee has kept us going, and they do bloody lovely carrot cake. We will be friends forever.

Wallace and Sons

I may sound biased, as Wallace is looking over my shoulder as I write this, but his pork bao and pork/tofu gyoza are easily the best things I’ve eaten in Trinity.

Special mention to 360 Bar and the other permanent fixtures in Trinity Kitchen (Tortilla, Rola Wala etc.).

Also, big hand for all the cleaning staff – apologies for the amount of chocolate sauce you’ve had to wipe off the tables.

We’ve got a couple of weeks to get ourselves together (and hire some staff*) before the summer madness begins!
